Beyond the custom work options described in the previous sections, Simply also provides additional services to help facilitate the change management that comes with adopting new AI tooling within your organisation.
Integration Support
The Simply team has completed many integrations and implementations for our clients. Because of this experience, we know exactly what to expect and can run through the process efficiently. We currently estimate that a full Simply integration and implementation from scratch takes about one working day for someone who is well-versed in Salesforce. If you're less familiar with Salesforce, it may take longer.
That said, we work hard to keep our documentation as extensive and clear as possible, so that even someone with limited Salesforce experience should be able to follow the guides and get everything set up. It may just take a bit more time.
However, we understand that for many of our clients, their time is more valuable than navigating the setup themselves. If you'd prefer to have us handle part or all of the integration, we're happy to help. Our support is flexible:
- Full integration: all you need to do is install the package and grant us temporary login access. We'll take care of the entire setup from there.
- Partial support: if you've handled most of the setup yourself but need help with a specific section (such as configuring the Salesforce flow), we can step in for just that part.

Training
After a successful trial, many organisations look to roll out Simply to their entire team. The trial typically involves the more technology-forward members of the team, who see great results quickly. But when it's time for everyone else to start using the tool, you'll inevitably run into colleagues who are less comfortable with new technology. Without proper onboarding, they may find it intimidating and won't use Simply to its full potential.
To help with this, we offer dedicated Simply training sessions. These go beyond a standard demo and include:
- Live demo of the full Simply workflow
- Hands-on session where participants go through real recruitment workflows using Simply, with a trainer guiding and correcting in real time
- Best practices covering tips, tricks, and how to handle common scenarios
- Live Q&A to address any questions or concerns
- Extended support period after the training, giving all participants a direct line to their trainer for follow-up questions
The full training takes approximately one and a half hours and is designed to ensure that everyone with a Simply license is confident and capable of using it to its maximum potential. Some of the best change management results we've seen have come from partners who use these trainings to get their entire team on board.
Virtual and On-Site Options
We offer two formats:
- Virtual (off-site): conducted remotely, making it easy to schedule and more cost-effective.
- On-site: we send a trainer to your location for an in-person session, ideal for larger teams or organisations that prefer face-to-face training.
