CV Templates

Simply offers several tiers of CV template customization, from the default trial template all the way to fully custom designs that match your exact brand.

Trial Template​

During your free trial, all converted CVs will use the default Simply-branded trial template. This gives you a feel for how the CV Converter works and the quality of the output.

Standard Branded Template (Included with License)​

As soon as you purchase a Simply license, you can have your own branded version of our standard template at no extra cost. You provide us with:

  • Your company logo
  • Your preferred background color
  • Your footer details

We'll swap these in and deliver a clean, professionally branded CV template that's ready to use.

Fully Custom Template​

If you already have an existing house style or branded CV that you'd like to keep using, we can create a completely unique template that identically matches your exact brand and design. Just reach out to your account manager to kick off the custom CV template process, which typically takes about one to two weeks.

Once delivered, your custom template will be attached to your account and every CV you convert from that point on will follow your specific design.

Multiple Templates​

If your organisation operates across different sectors or niches that each have their own CV style, it's also possible to attach multiple templates to your account. These will all appear in the template selector when converting a CV, so you can pick the right one for each candidate.
