Just like conversation profiles, CV parsing templates rely on a collection of data points that define what information Simply extracts from a candidate's CV. And just like conversation profiles, these data points can be custom-created to fit your specific needs.

Custom Data Points for CV Parsing

The default set of data points covers the most commonly needed information across recruitment agencies. But if you're in a specific industry that requires niche data points not currently in the default selection, we can build them for you.

For example, imagine your industry requires tracking specific certificates or specialized licenses. In your ATS, you might have a picklist where recruiters currently scan each CV manually, identify which certificates the candidate holds, and then select them one by one. We can create a custom data point that captures all possible certificates and lets Simply's AI determine which ones are present in the CV, fully automatically.
