Conversation Profiles

Every Simply account comes with a library of standard conversation profiles designed to fit the average recruitment agency. These include:

  • Candidate Intake
  • Vacancy Intake
  • Client Visit
  • Candidate Evaluation
  • General Meeting

These profiles will work well for your first meetings and showcase the power of Simply's conversation analysis. However, it's important to know that these profiles are fully customizable by collaborating with the Simply team.

Customizing Summaries

Every conversation profile defines the structure of the summary that Simply generates after a meeting. The standard profiles include sections that cover the most common topics discussed in recruitment conversations, but your organisation might have different priorities.

For example, the standard Candidate Intake profile includes sections about a candidate's strengths and weaknesses. If your recruiters don't typically discuss these topics, those sections won't add much value. Instead, we can remove them and replace them with sections that are more relevant to your workflow, such as active procedures the candidate is going through with other agencies, or any other topic that matters to your business.

This is just one example. We can restructure, add, or remove any section in a conversation profile to match exactly what your recruiters discuss during their meetings and the kind of insights you want to extract from them.

Custom Data Points

Beyond the summary, Simply also extracts individual data points from each conversation (e.g. current salary, desired salary, desired job conditions, availability). All of these are customizable.

We can add, remove, or modify data points to capture exactly the information your organisation needs. This includes support for custom data types. For example, if you have a sector picklist and want Simply to classify every candidate into a specific sector or niche from a predefined set of options, we can build that. These custom data points and types become available in your Data Point Mapping configuration, so they integrate seamlessly with the rest of your Salesforce setup.
